Registration

Important Notes

  1. The acceptance is subject to the final plagiarism and quality check and satisfactory incorporation of reviewer comments (available on the Microsoft CMT Portal) and plagiarism limit.
  2. The manuscript must strictly adhere to the IEEE format.
  3. Papers up to six (6) pages are included in the standard registration fee.
  4. A maximum of two (2) additional pages may be allowed, subject to extra page charge as specified on the conference website.

Please ensure the following steps are completed for completing the registration and submitting the camera-ready paper.

Step-1 (Registration)

To ensure your paper's inclusion in the conference proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must register. Please complete your registration by visiting the conference website. Kindly pay your registration fee to the specified account according to your category listed on the website. The registration deadline for early bird and regular are May 30, 2026 and June 30, 2026, respectively.

*Please ensure your payment is completed before the deadline to secure your slot in the proceedings.

Step-2 (Camera-ready file upload)

The registered authors will have to submit a camera-ready version as per the following guidelines on or before June 30, 2026.

  1. The similarity index of your paper must be less than 30%, including references or bibliography. If the plagiarism exceeds 30%, your paper will not be forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore. (It is suggested to keep plagiarism less than 25% for a safe margin).
  2. Paper must be revised as per reviewers comments available on the Microsoft CMT Portal before camera-ready paper submission.
  3. Paper must be as per the IEEE template (IEEE templates).
  4. Proofread your manuscript thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
  5. Please include the copyright notice on the left of the footer section of the first page (not all pages) of your manuscript as mentioned below.
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3544-5/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown.
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3544-5/26/$31.00 ©2026 European Union.
    • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3544-5/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE.
  6. After implementing all corrections and putting copyright number in the first page of your manuscript, follow the following process to prepare camera-ready submission through IEEE PDF eXpress:
    • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site (IEEE PDF eXpress login).
    • First-time users: Click on “Create account”.
    • Enter Conference ID: 70152X, your email address, and a password; then submit.
    • Account Activation: Go to your email and click the activation URL (email from helpdesk-ieee).
    • Login and complete your profile.
    • Dashboard → “Create New Title” and continue as prompted.
    • If there is an error in converting, correct the paper as per the IEEE template and resubmit until it is converted successfully without error.
    • After conversion succeeds, download the PDF from the “Action” tab.
  7. Download the PDF file of your paper from PDF eXpressPlus and upload it via the CMT Portal for Camera Ready Paper Submission of RESEM-2026 at Microsoft CMT (RESEM2026).

Step-3 (Supplementary File Upload)

Prepare a response sheet detailing how each of the reviewers' comments has been addressed. Additionally, generate a plagiarism report for your manuscript using a standard plagiarism detection tool such as Turnitin or iThenticate. Create a ZIP folder named after your Paper ID (e.g. PID 176) and include both the compliance report to reviewers' comments and the plagiarism report in that folder. Finally, upload this ZIP file under the Supplementary File Upload section. The last date for uploading the camera-ready paper and supplementary file is June 30, 2026.

Step-4 (Electronic Copyright form submission)

To enable your paper to appear in IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory to transfer the copyright to IEEE. The corresponding/submitting author of each paper must transfer IEEE eCF. The steps to transfer the copyright to IEEE are given below:

  1. Login to your CMT Paper Submission Portal and click on the IEEE copyright link.
  2. Click on “Click here to redirect to the IEEE copyright website” and follow the instructions to transfer eCF.
  3. Follow the steps (Step 1 to Step 5) and provided instructions to complete the IEEE copyright transfer.
  4. At the end of Step 5, download the completed copyright form and save it as PDF (download a copy for your records).
  5. Login to your CMT Paper Submission Portal and upload the PDF file of the copyright transfer form.
